Копията на всички документи пристигнаха първият път с печати "Received", включително и e-medical. Силно сме разколебани и вероятно ще се откажем.

Dear K***,
I finally managed to talk to an agent and the reason for our application refusal is that our letter of invitation and eMedical documents expired in terms of the initial 4 months period that is given to apply.
The first time we sent our documents to London office was within this time frame. I was told that in order to continue our resident visa application we have to start from the very beginning by submitting a letter of interest and so on. This is not right.
I would like to submit an official complaint.
First the NZQA assessment took more than 6 months and we sent all documents without the NZQA certificate within the 4 months period that was given to apply. Then we waited for another 2 months to receive the first refusal due to the fact that 2 documents were missing. We sent back again all requested documents (2,5 kg) together with the missing 2 sheets (police certificate and kid eMedical). All documents are stamped with date and status RECEIVED...and now we have to start over. Nothing specific was mentioned in the refusal letter beside the missing documents. There must be something wrong in this system. Poor communication between UK and NZ offices, no obvious interest and involvement, nothing visible beside the fees.
We put so much energy and enthusiasm in that application and we are about to quit.
